For your outdoor space, what is the backup plan for rain or inclement weather?
An initial deposit (amount listed above) is required to confirm your request for a banquet room. At any time prior to the function, should you cancel, all deposits are non-refundable.
Events cancelled within six months prior to the event will be assessed 100% of the total food and beverage guarantee. (Example: $9,000 food and beverage guarantee equals $9,000 owed to Lake Windsor).
Events cancelled more than six months and within nine months prior to the event will be assessed 75% of the total food and beverage guarantee. (Example: $9,000 food and beverage guarantee equals $6,750 owed to Lake Windsor).
Events cancelled more than nine months prior to the event will forfeit their deposit in full.
Events contracted to hold their ceremony in the gazebo are liable for the gazebo fee listed above.
To cancel an event, the responsible banquet contact(s) must sign a release form for the event date and return the form. We need to know within three hours minimum to move your ceremony inside. The ceremony will take place in your rented reception room.
