Nestled on our beautiful golf course, this outdoor canopy offers a panoramic view, full-service dinner options, mobile bar and dance floor. This a great option for a more intimate reception. Seating | 115 Seated Dinner

We include personalized room set-up, clean-up of the room, servers, bartenders, white linen tablecloths, white or black linen napkins, white skirted and illuminated banquet tables (cake, gift, DJ, buffets, name cards, head table, etc.), round dining tables, cocktail tables with crystal candles, banquet chairs, easels, all white china, cake cutting and serving, indoor microphone system, piped in cocktail and dinner music, complimentary couple taste testing, on-site event coordinator and head chef. We also offer both indoor and outdoor ceremony opinions on site.

    Frequently Asked Ceremony Questions

    What time can we come in to decorate?

    You can come in to decorate the day-of at 10am. Your layout will be set up as you
    designed, and will be ready for you to begin.

    When do we need to be out of the building?

    We suggest your DJ/Band to wrap up at midnight. This way whoever you put in
    charge of taking down any decorations you want to keep, will be able to be part of the
    whole dance, and still have time afterwards to take down.

    Who is there to help run things the day-of?

    An event coordinator will be there from when you start decorating until your first
    dance. They will be able to help make sure everything runs smoothly and answer any
    questions you may have.

    Can we decorate however we want?

    We want you to express yourselves as a couple with your décor, and love seeing all
    the creative things you come up with! We just ask you don’t use glitter, confetti, sand,
    etc (anything hard to clean up) and that open-flames are surrounded by glass.

    Does Lake Windsor supply all the food and beverages?

    Yes—unless you’re choosing our outside catering package (see an Event
    Coordinator for this pricing option!) The only thing we allow to be brought in is your
    special occasion cake/cupcakes/dessert which must come from a licensed baker.
