 ATTENTION NON-WEDDING EVENTS
The prices and minimums below are only for wedding receptions.  If you are looking to book an event other than a wedding reception, we offer reduced minimums, pricing, room fees, and more!  Friday events receive 10% off menu prices and events Sunday-Thursday receive 10-15% off!


THE WINDSOR GALLERY
This room offers an intimate experience with private dining, large dance floor, floor-to-ceiling windows and full-service granite bar overlooking our stunning golf course and pond area. Accomodations for up to 110 guests for a plated meal (more for an hors d' event) and features gold Chiavari ballroom chairs and illuminated ceiling. The room fee is $400 (ask about discounted dates).


THE PINNACLE ROOM
The Pinnacle Room offers private dining surrounded by windows, dance floor, beautiful outdoor patio overlooking the golf course and pond area, great for your outdoor cocktail hour with butlered hors d'.  Accomodations for up to 200 guests for a plated meal (more for an hors d' event).  Also offers a large bar/lounge area outside the dining room for cocktails and dancing.
The room fee is $450.00 (ask about discounted dates) and includes gold Chiavari ballroom charis.


THE CRYSTAL COMMONS
The Crystal Commons offer accomodations for up to 400 guests; private dining, large dance floor, floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking our stunning golf course, grand Spanish chandeliers, full service bar, gold Chiavari ballroom chairs, and baby grand piano. The room fee is $700.00 (ask about discounted dates). If you would like to make the entire floor private to your group,
the room fee is $850 (ask about discounted dates).
 

-FEES AND DEPOSIT-
At Lake Windsor there are four charges: gratuity, room fee, sales tax, and whatever you choose for food and beverages, that's it. The only extra charge would be if you choose to rent any decorating rentals or hold your wedding ceremony onsite.  Please see ceremonies page for pricing. The deposit is $1000 for the Crystal Commons and $500 for the Windsor Gallery or Pinnacle Room. The deposit is non-refundable, and goes toward your bill in full. It is not an extra payment. Nothing else is owed until 7 day before the event date. Visa, MasterCard, cash, and checks are accepted for payment.

-WHAT'S INCLUDED WITH THE ROOM RENTAL-
At Lake Windsor we include personalized room set-up, clean-up of the room, servers, bartenders, white linen tablecloths, white or black linen napkins, white skirted and illuminated banquet tables (cake, gift, DJ, buffets, name cards, head table, etc.), round dining tables, cocktail tables with crystal candles, banquet chairs, easels, all white china, cake cutting and serving, indoor microphone system, piped in cocktail and dinner music, complimentary bride & groom taste testing (please see details on our Menu Options page), on-site event coordinator and head chef.

-BACHELOR PARTY GOLF OUTING SPECIALS-
  Whether your reception is at Lake Windsor or not, we host wonderful bachelor party outings. 
Lake Windsor's grooms golf FREE!  With 6 paying golfers, the groom AND his choice of the best man or father GOLF FREE!
